Steven’s Island Daiquiri

A long forgotten and simple cocktail.  Most think of the Frozen Daiquiri which is an entirely different animal, and more along the line of a frozen head ache.     I put a little twist on an old classic.

1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaca , 3 oz.  House-made Macadamia Nut Falernum, 1 oz Fresh lime Juice shaken with crushed ice and topped with Cinnamon.

Serve in a chilled coup
